Gamma Chi Delta's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee and chair position began in the Fall of 2020 following a push from our members to become more dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within our club and around the Trinity community. We follow the Greek Life established DEI curriculum as well as supplement these meetings and resources with some of our own. Alongside this, we aim to have several fundraisers throughout the year supporting local San Antonio businesses and causes dedicated to promoting inclusion in the San Antonio community. Finally, the DEI Chair for GXD aims to make sure our organization promotes inclusion and is continuously learning and helping others.
